Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage all paid search campaigns across major global regions
- Ensure brand visibility to the right people at the right time to drive high-quality leads and pipeline
- Stay at the forefront of the industry, identifying how search fundamentals translate to new platforms like ChatGPT, AI-driven search engines, and other emerging channels
- Identify new growth opportunities, create project plans, and propose experimental tactics that support high-level digital goals
- Dive deep into the data stack (Sigma, GA4, and Salesforce) to understand performance trends
- Explain the "why" behind the numbers and implement tactical shifts to solve problems or scale wins
- Lead a rigorous testing program to improve performance across the entire search funnel
- A/B test ad copy and bidding strategies
- Partner with Web and Content teams to lead and own landing page experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Serve as the go-to expert for search execution
- Work with Product Marketing, Web, and the Digital Performance Marketing Manager to ensure ads align with global brand and product launches
