Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, and YouTube, focusing on efficient customer acquisition for a high-growth wellness brand. You’ll take full ownership of campaign execution, from daily optimizations to strategic testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and refine paid campaigns, adjusting bids, audiences, budgets, and creatives based on real-time performance
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad content, targeting, and landing pages to improve CAC and ROAS
- Reconcile platform metrics with back-end sales data to maintain accurate attribution and reporting
- Partner with creative teams to develop and assess ad assets using performance insights
- Rebuild and expand Google Search campaigns, including support for Shopping ads via Merchant Center
- Collaborate with data specialists to enhance dashboards and reporting systems
- Ensure all advertising complies with platform policies, especially in regulated environments
- Spot performance trends and propose data-driven improvements to the Head of Paid Media
What You Need
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Track record of improving customer acquisition efficiency through data and testing
- Strong skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain reporting integrity
- Self-motivated work style with experience in remote, lean teams
- Fluency in English and professional communication skills
- Prior remote work experience, especially with US or UK companies, and familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana
Nice-to-Have
- Background in regulated advertising sectors or DTC e-commerce
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping ads
- Knowledge of creative performance metrics such as hook rate and thumb-stop ratio
