We’re seeking a dedicated outside sales specialist to represent our team across Eastern Iowa. In this role, you’ll travel regularly to customer locations and job sites, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective pump solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits throughout Eastern Iowa to meet with current and prospective customers
- Develop lasting relationships with municipal and industrial clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to close
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to support long-term satisfaction
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in technical or mechanical environments
- Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to quickly learn pump systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven work ethic with a focus on accountability and results
- Residency in Eastern Iowa to ensure reliable regional access
Preferred Background
- Prior experience selling or supporting pumps in municipal or industrial settings
