About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying sales opportunities for component repair and service offerings in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Conduct on-site client meetings to assess service and repair needs

  • Provide pricing proposals and service estimates to clients
  • Support marketing initiatives with field insights and customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during site visits
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events
  • Follow up on service inquiries and convert them into sales
  • Track and report on monthly and quarterly sales performance
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Stay current on product specifications and repair capabilities
  • Negotiate service agreements and contract terms
  • Respond to requests for quotes within established timelines
  • Educate clients on the benefits of preventive maintenance programs
