About the Role
The Outreach Specialist will build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including clinicians, administrators, and community leaders, to drive engagement and implementation of a health technology solution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities and community partners for program participation
- Conduct educational presentations about clinical and operational benefits of the platform
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective partner organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outreach strategies by region
- Track and report on outreach activities and conversion metrics
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers and referral sources
- Support onboarding efforts by facilitating introductions and follow-ups
- Stay informed about regulatory and industry changes affecting end-of-life care
- Gather feedback from partners to inform product and service improvements
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events
- Develop outreach materials adapted to different stakeholder audiences
- Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure messaging accuracy
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Promote equitable access to services across diverse populations
- Adapt communication style to suit various professional and cultural contexts
- Support policy and advocacy initiatives through stakeholder engagement
- Monitor partner engagement and identify opportunities for reactivation
- Assist in planning and executing targeted outreach campaigns
- Ensure compliance with healthcare communication standards and privacy regulations
