Responsibilities
- Research and collect geographic data from approved sources in designated regions to improve digital map accuracy.
- Promote the Geo Data Upload (GDU) Tool to government and institutional partners to support map data integration.
- Act as a liaison between external organizations and internal technical teams to ensure data compatibility and alignment.
- Report outreach outcomes, operational challenges, and partner feedback to the program lead.
- Monitor and manage data submissions, whether processed through GDU or alternative channels.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including outreach efforts, data submissions, and follow-ups.
- Track key performance metrics such as partner engagement, data sources identified, and edits implemented.
- Respond to partner inquiries related to data submission and integration processes.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues raised by data providers, including data format and structure concerns.
- Oversee the data workflow from receipt to final processing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Use both platform-specific and third-party tools to identify new partners and manage communication history.
