Habitat Health is hiring an Outreach & Enrollment Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding plans for new hires in coordination with outreach and enrollment supervisors, outlining clear performance milestones.
  • Establish and update competency checklists tailored to specific roles to ensure team members meet performance standards before working independently.
  • Conduct in-person training sessions at company centers, adapting content in partnership with supervisors to meet local team and market needs.
  • Organize shadowing opportunities and conduct call and field audits with supervisors, matching new employees with high-performing peers and providing actionable feedback.
  • Lead cohort-based training for new locations, ensuring entire teams are fully prepared to perform their responsibilities from the first day of operations.
  • Perform routine audits of outreach and enrollment teams to assess consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance, identifying areas needing additional support.
  • Analyze skill strengths and gaps across individuals and locations to guide targeted learning and development initiatives.
  • Create training programs specific to roles, markets, and general outreach and enrollment functions, covering prospecting through enrollment conversion.
  • Build self-guided, scalable training resources to reduce dependency on live instruction and support continuous learning.
  • Manage long-term learning and development, including refresher sessions, skill advancement, and reinforcement of best practices beyond initial onboarding.

  • Work in healthcare, administrative, community, or remote environments, depending on role needs.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders in person, by phone, and through electronic systems.
  • Remain stationary and/or move about for extended periods, consistent with job duties.
  • Follow safety procedures, infection control protocols, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Regular travel to Habitat Health centers and new markets.

  • Employment with Habitat Health is at-will.
  • Vaccination Policy, including COVID-19: team members who are working in a participant care setting are required to provide either proof of vaccination or a signed declination form and comply with applicable masking requirements.
