ELVTR was looking for an Outbound Sales Representative

ELVTR is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. You will proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers through outbound outreach in our high-ticket sales environment, connecting a well-educated audience with premier online education.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and other approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations.
  • Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals.
  • Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Monitor personal sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Share insights from outbound conversations to help improve messaging, targeting, and product positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms.
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a phone/headset suitable for professional sales calls.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
