Pipeline Gurus was looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative - B2B

Pipeline Gurus is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to spearhead outreach to potential B2B clients across the GCC. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, directly connecting with C-level executives, VPs, and key decision-makers to open doors and book high-quality discovery meetings for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead databases.
  • Research deeply into the GCC market, including industry trends, companies, and buyer personas.
  • Launch personalized, creative outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and video pitches.
  • A/B test messaging to systematically boost response rates and conversions.
  • Deliver compelling pitches, nurture curiosity, and handle objections with confidence.
  • Secure qualified discovery calls and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for daily activities, conversations, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize strategies with a growth mindset.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • A strong understanding of GCC business culture and professional etiquette.
  • Fluent proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A resilient, coachable attitude driven by numbers and growth.
  • Comfort with sales technology, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms.
  • A passion for technology, startups, and building meaningful relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
  • Arabic language skills.
