About the Role
The individual in this position will identify and engage new business opportunities by contacting prospects, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective customers using phone and email

- Manage a high volume of outbound leads daily
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

- Participate in regular performance reviews
- Stay informed about product updates and market trends
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities and outcomes
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Address customer objections with confidence and clarity
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
- Support onboarding process for newly acquired clients
