Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather system and user requirements and convert them into user stories that guide engineering development for new functionalities.
- Partner with system architects, developers, and test engineers to break down high-level system designs into specific, actionable, and verifiable requirements.
- Maintain and update requirements and associated test cases continuously based on feedback from engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external customers.
- Lead technical reviews and post-mortem analyses of OTA features and systems to identify root causes and improve future designs.
- Facilitate discussions around new feature proposals and drive approved configurations from concept through to production implementation.
