techculture GmbH is hiring an OT Security Expert (m/f/d) to take responsibility for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security measures in our Operational Technology (OT) landscape. You will be the central interface to local IT and support PCT engineers.
What You'll Do
- Take lead responsibility for OT security projects in accordance with standards across sites throughout Europe.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related questions concerning security aspects of process automation systems.
- Coordinate and implement security standards at production sites.
- Design and realize IT security within IT systems and networks.
- Collaborate with the SOC and Incident Response Team on OT-specific security incidents.
- Lead and support internal and external OT audits at respective sites.
- Maintain and manage OT security controls.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience and further training.
- Several years of experience in the field of OT security.
- Solid knowledge of firewall configurations, network designs, and device hardening.
- Strong understanding of the current threat landscape and appropriate countermeasures.
- Familiarity with IT security standards such as IEC 62443 and/or the NIST Framework.
- Strong team spirit combined with a precise and structured working style.
- Business fluent in English.
