Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the Oracle Learning Management System environment on a continuous basis
- Set up and manage learning pathways, learner journeys, certifications, and role-specific learning frameworks
- Handle learner enrollments, course assignments, reporting tasks, and daily LMS operations
- Assist in organizing and enhancing learning experiences within the LMS platform
- Create and sustain reports, learner progress tracking, and operational reporting workflows
- Diagnose and resolve system issues related to the LMS in a timely fashion
- Provide user support and respond to operational inquiries from client stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand learning processes and operational needs
- Ensure accuracy of learning records, data integrity, and adherence to administrative governance
- Identify ways to enhance LMS usability, efficiency, and the overall learner experience
- Act as a professional, client-facing contact for LMS support activities
