Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, setup, and rollout of Oracle FCCS systems
- Handle full lifecycle FCCS deployments, from collecting needs to supporting launch activities
- Work closely with finance teams to enhance financial close, consolidation, and reporting workflows
- Convert business needs into technical FCCS setups and system integrations
- Maintain adherence to financial reporting standards such as IFRS and GAAP, along with internal control policies
- Deliver ongoing support after deployment and suggest process improvements
- Guide junior staff and support project teams across functions during delivery phases
- Liaise with Oracle support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades
