Responsibilities
- Facilitate client workshops to gather business needs and convert them into tailored Oracle Cloud ERP system designs.
- Manage end-to-end functional activities including design, setup, testing, transition, and go-live support across ERP implementation phases.
- Develop strong relationships with key business and IT leaders, guiding consensus through collaborative sessions.
- Ensure high-quality functional solutions by overseeing delivery timelines, risks, interdependencies, and project outcomes.
- Support business growth through proposal development, client engagements, industry insights, and practice-building efforts.
- Guide and train entry-level consultants, sharing domain knowledge and best practices in project execution.
