We’re building a remote-first company with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and meaningful collaboration. As our Operations Generalist, you’ll play a central role in keeping internal systems running smoothly across a globally distributed team of 40 people spanning 11 countries.
What You’ll Do
- Design, document, and automate internal workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and budget coordination
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and renewal timelines
- Lead planning and execution for company-wide gatherings, including offsites, build weeks, and annual conferences
- Support cross-functional initiatives that fall outside defined team boundaries
- Handle day-to-day administrative needs, from onboarding logistics to contract coordination and shipping operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing events from concept through completion
- Background in operations, finance, or event coordination with a focus on precision
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure where none existed
- Strong interpersonal skills with external partners and internal teams
- A proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Comfort serving as a first point of contact for vendors, candidates, and new hires
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations at a rapidly scaling remote startup
- History of organizing international events or offsites for distributed teams

Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD, based on experience. Equity and additional benefits are not currently offered.
