Responsibilities
- Ensures a positive user experience by maintaining units in a clean, well-stocked, and functional state
- Comfortable with cleaning public restrooms.
- Visits units to assess and resolve user-reported issues such as clogs, vandalism, and leaks.
- Conducts preventive maintenance and minor on-site repairs
- Accurately records work performed using mobile applications or virtual communication tools
- Collaborates effectively with local operations team members
- Provides feedback and suggestions for product and process enhancements
- Safely operates personal and/or company vehicles
