United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is hiring an Operations & Service Manager to serve as the operational backbone, managing the full journey from order to installation. This is a hands-on, key leadership role for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and improving systems.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee warehouse and logistics staff.
  • Manage deliveries and installations staff.
  • Handle customer service and technical support staff.
  • Close the feedback loop with the quality team in factories.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage small teams (warehouse, plumber, drivers, customer service).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — can build systems from scratch.
  • Calm under pressure and naturally solution-focused.
  • Practical, hands-on mindset; enjoys seeing things move from start to finish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally within interiors, construction materials, sanitary ware, or appliances.

Work Mode

This is a local, in-country position based in Bali, Indonesia.
