This role is central to maintaining seamless operations for a fast-moving home services company. You’ll manage the entire customer journey—from initial inquiry to post-service follow-up—ensuring every interaction reflects reliability and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming leads daily through multiple channels including Thumbtack, Google, and the company website, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked
- Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails, converting inquiries into scheduled estimates
- Issue invoices within one business day of job completion and conduct follow-ups with new clients within 48 hours
- Drive consistent customer feedback by generating 3–5 new 5-star Google reviews weekly
- Maintain scheduling visibility 1–2 weeks ahead, adjusting for weather, cancellations, and scope changes
- Review daily service logs for accuracy in team assignments, duration, notes, and travel time
- Ensure precise time tracking for field staff and address any discrepancies
- Post updates twice weekly to Facebook and Google Business Profile, and engage with local homeowner groups online
- Act as the main point of contact between cleaning teams and clients, resolving concerns with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Support team morale by offering private coaching and public recognition
- Continuously refine workflows to reduce escalations and improve efficiency

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in LATAM. The role operates on a flexible schedule with an emphasis on responsiveness and consistency. Compensation ranges from $8–$12 USD/hour, scaled by experience.
