Responsibilities
- Support customer-facing teams with operational coordination and reporting tasks.
- Create and manage precise reports and data tracking systems for operational goals.
- Assist in managing standardized feedback and survey procedures, including collecting responses and generating defined reports.
- Organize scheduling, calendars, communications, and participation tracking for group meetings and programs.
- Ensure content, access permissions, and reporting outputs remain accurate and current per contract requirements.
