brightwheel is hiring an Operations Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

Responsibilities

  • Support customer-facing teams with operational coordination and reporting tasks.
  • Create and manage precise reports and data tracking systems for operational goals.
  • Assist in managing standardized feedback and survey procedures, including collecting responses and generating defined reports.
  • Organize scheduling, calendars, communications, and participation tracking for group meetings and programs.
  • Ensure content, access permissions, and reporting outputs remain accurate and current per contract requirements.

  • This is an independent contractor opportunity.
  • Contractors engaged through this program are not employees of Brightwheel and are not entitled to benefits, supervision, or employment protections.
  • Contractors retain control over how services are performed, and may provide services to other clients, subject to reasonable conflict-of-interest restrictions.
  • Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time).
