About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics, support vendor relationships, and ensure service quality across the student housing network. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing placements for students across partner properties
- Serve as primary contact for property managers and student tenants
- Track move-in and move-out timelines to ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate records of housing agreements and service requests
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor service quality and collect feedback from stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new housing partners and vendors
- Support development of process documentation and training materials
- Manage communication workflows between internal teams and external partners
- Update and maintain housing inventory databases
- Coordinate responses to maintenance and safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with housing policies and service standards
- Track performance metrics and report on operational efficiency
- Assist in planning and executing student orientation events
- Facilitate communication during emergency or high-priority situations
- Support budget tracking and vendor invoice verification
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce delays
- Collaborate with marketing on housing availability updates
- Prepare weekly summaries of operational activities
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
- Respond to student inquiries with clear and timely information
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Adapt processes to meet changing student needs
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
