Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field demonstrating analytical and evaluative expertise, plus two years of professional experience in analysis, evaluation, and strategic planning
- A combination of education and experience totaling five years that provides comparable knowledge and skills relevant to policy analysis, systems evaluation, and operational planning
Nice to Have
- Active CJIS certification
- Proven experience as a subject matter expert on complex data systems, compliance frameworks, and policy requirements, with a track record of advising leadership and cross-agency partners
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical, policy, and program teams to align system functionality with organizational goals
- Experience serving in a CJIS compliance leadership role, ensuring adherence to federal and state data security regulations
- Background in researching laws, policies, and programs related to CJIS, including assessments of equity implications
- Experience creating operational documentation, training resources, and policy guidance materials
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical and policy information to varied audiences, adjusting tone and detail based on stakeholder expertise
