Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for an Operations and Implementation Specialist (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Operations and Implementation Specialist to streamline complex processes and optimize customer implementations in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll blend operational execution, customer enablement, and project management to improve experiences for both internal teams and end users.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and build scalable runbooks.
  • Implement efficient, standardized onboarding workflows for scaled customer accounts using milestone tracking and documented handoffs.
  • Deliver impactful customer enablement strategies through self-serve resources and product education.
  • Analyze operational data, define KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support project management efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and address gaps in processes or collaboration across teams.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Use insights from implementation metrics to inform product improvements and enhance operational strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in high-growth startups.
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; confident collaborating with leadership and technical teams.
  • Comfort with queue-based workflows and dynamic process environments.
  • A proactive mindset: you spot inefficiencies and take initiative to improve them.
  • Empathy for the leave of absence experience and a drive to simplify it.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Metabase, GSheets/Excel, and Hubspot.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or multistate leave management.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Bonus if you’ve built or managed automation agents.
