Responsibilities
- Coaches clients to prepare them for participation in Connected Teams Coaching sessions.
- Visits client sites in person at the close of project management, prior to coaching initiation.
- Verifies that automation signals and visual factory systems are correctly installed and operational.
- Delivers foundational software training and assists the customer’s team in disseminating knowledge across their organization.
- Conducts final briefings and shares summaries of key outcomes, stakeholders, and potential risks with the internal implementation team.
- Customizes and configures the QAD Redzone software to align with the client’s specific manufacturing workflows.
- Validates completeness of production data, including product details, equipment specifications, and run rates.
- Maintains in-depth understanding of shop floor operations, processes, and environments in Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.
- Takes proactive actions to build and maintain client confidence leading up to system activation.
- Oversees data integrity by confirming that plant automation signals feed accurately into the software for real-time visibility.
- Tracks and manages escalation protocols for high-impact risks or delays that could affect project success.
- Delivers introductory QAD Redzone training to supervisors, managers, and production personnel.
- Performs additional tasks as directed by leadership.
