- Develop variations of case studies from multiple operational viewpoints—such as consultant, manager, or process owner—to strengthen AI training
- Spot technical inaccuracies, logical flaws, or missing insights in AI content related to operations
- Provide structured, constructive feedback that helps refine how AI understands complex workflows and compliance requirements

- Proven background as a senior operations specialist with hands-on experience in operational excellence initiatives
- Deep familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change implementation in real business environments
