Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies survey content throughout its lifecycle
• Interprets and works with specification documents in Word, Excel, or PDF formats
• Engages directly with sponsors to clarify requirements and expectations
• Ensures all web pages meet Section 508 accessibility standards
• Implements and maintains survey features while coordinating with sponsor stakeholders
• Writes foundational code for survey functionality
• Tracks testing progress and resolves issues reported by testers
• Manages surveys end-to-end, from initial specs to live production and annual renewals
• Conducts testing for survey content and monitors live survey performance
• Reviews and interprets specification documents across multiple file formats
• Collaborates with sponsors to define expectations and resolve unclear requirements
• Validates form logic and backend calculations using Perl scripting
• Implements input restrictions and field validations using JavaScript, occasionally with jQuery
• Integrates JavaScript plugins into surveys via Perl and processes data to determine user navigation paths
• Performs testing and bug resolution by monitoring issue trackers and addressing problems during testing phases
