- Accurately pair applicants with open positions based on detailed hiring criteria and quality standards
- Uphold organizational reputation through professional conduct in all candidate communications, both virtual and in-person
- Assess candidates' communication abilities, demeanor, and suitability for roles requiring client interaction
- Partner with hiring leads to clarify position details and define success factors
- Ensure every candidate receives a respectful, consistent, and values-aligned experience throughout the hiring process
- Deliver organized, actionable feedback and clear hiring suggestions following interviews
