Responsibilities
- Analyse conversation data to identify improvement areas
- Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience with conversational AI (voice/chat)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation
Nice to Have
- SQL knowledge, experience with financial institutions or contact centres
