Join a team dedicated to empowering educators through technology. As an Onboarding Consultant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring schools and institutions across the Americas successfully adopt and integrate our solutions. Working fully remotely from Mexico, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from initial setup through to sustained usage.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for assigned clients, managing implementation, system configuration, and integration support.
- Design customized onboarding plans by assessing customer goals, constraints, and success metrics.
- Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions tailored to user needs and institutional context.
- Diagnose technical challenges, identify root causes, and guide customers toward effective resolutions.
- Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Develop and refine success plans, adjusting strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between onboarding and ongoing support phases.
- Continuously improve training materials to reflect best practices and evolving product features.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in edtech or a related field, with strong knowledge of academic integrity and assessment practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn software platforms and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Strong documentation practices and experience using project tracking tools.
- A consultative mindset, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and customer success.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required to support regional stakeholders effectively.
