Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from contract closure to full operational activation
- Staff accounts in alignment with client specifications and agreed-upon schedules
- Proactively engage clients to obtain necessary approvals, input, and decisions for activation
- Enforce timelines and ownership to minimize delays in the activation process
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and recruiting teams on role details, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Organize and manage interview logistics between clients and candidates, including coordination and follow-up
- Relay client feedback and hiring outcomes accurately to recruitment personnel
- Address staffing challenges by reconciling client expectations with internal capacity
- Lead onboarding initiatives such as client introductions, process explanations, and setting clear expectations
- Ensure clients are informed about workflows, communication methods, and service responsibilities
- Develop reliable, professional relationships with clients during the activation period
- Act as the main client contact until transition to ongoing account management
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Resolution, and Account Management for seamless handoffs
- Detect potential risks, misalignments, or client concerns early and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of all client commitments, deadlines, and agreements
