Responsibilities
- Image and deploy computers according to established procedures when onboarding new employees.
- Recover and log hardware from departing users using defined asset management protocols.
- Support on-site video conferencing and audiovisual systems.
- Set up, adjust, and resolve issues with software such as document management platforms, Microsoft Office, remote meeting tools, and financial applications.
- Work with regional leads, management, and IT departments to align on user needs.
- Develop strong service-oriented relationships with legal and administrative staff using high standards of customer support.
- Partner with team members to complete tasks and fulfill requests efficiently.
- Review and document service tickets related to hardware requests, software setups, and user-reported issues at the assigned location.
- Follow company-defined processes for managing system and infrastructure changes.
- Carry out additional assignments, duties, or initiatives as assigned.
