What You'll Do
- Deliver logistical and administrative support for offshore vessels, ensuring alignment with company policies and operational requirements
- Collaborate with project and marine teams to assist with crew resource planning and operational logistics
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory frameworks across all offshore activities
- Build and sustain productive relationships with vessel crews, offshore managers, and internal departments
- Support the efficient execution of offshore operations through accurate coordination and communication
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in marine or offshore operations, particularly in administrative or logistical coordination
- Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and vessel management systems
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with vessel management software
- Current or ability to obtain BOSIET with CA-EBS and a valid OEUK medical certificate
- Adaptability to work both remotely and offshore under a rotational schedule
Preferred Experience
- Background in crewing administration or offshore support roles within the marine sector
