DOF Group ASA is hiring an Offshore Vessel Coordinator (Remote)

Join a values-driven team in a remote Offshore Vessel Coordinator role with a rotational rostered pattern. This position plays a key part in supporting offshore marine operations through effective coordination, administrative oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver logistical and administrative support for offshore vessels, ensuring alignment with company policies and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with project and marine teams to assist with crew resource planning and operational logistics
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory frameworks across all offshore activities
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with vessel crews, offshore managers, and internal departments
  • Support the efficient execution of offshore operations through accurate coordination and communication

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in marine or offshore operations, particularly in administrative or logistical coordination
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and vessel management systems
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with vessel management software
  • Current or ability to obtain BOSIET with CA-EBS and a valid OEUK medical certificate
  • Adaptability to work both remotely and offshore under a rotational schedule

Preferred Experience

  • Background in crewing administration or offshore support roles within the marine sector
