Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs for all office services tasks.
- Verify job tickets are fully completed prior to starting assignments.
- Carry out duties in reprographics, mail handling, and document intake following defined protocols.
- Follow workflow procedures to ensure jobs are processed in correct sequence.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors or clients regarding job status or timeline concerns.
- Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines for receiving, processing, and distributing work.
- Resolve minor equipment issues through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Regularly lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manage and organize workflow to meet operational demands.
- Conduct quality checks on personal output and review work produced by others.
- Supply machines with required paper, toner, and consumables.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, and coordinate service requests as necessary.
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication.
- Comply with both company and client-specific workplace policies.
- Operate equipment and manage supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
