Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service while fostering lasting customer relationships
- Manage time tracking and attendance for direct reports, ensuring accurate records and adherence to timekeeping guidelines
- Foster a work environment that supports service growth and new business initiatives
- Enhance profitability by optimizing labor and resource allocation
- Quickly address and resolve operational challenges as they arise
- Generate and submit required reports on time
- Orchestrate team workflow, prioritizing tasks and assigning responsibilities appropriately
- Balance daily operations with special projects and requests, including mail handling, reprographics, meeting room setups, and vendor coordination
- Oversee workflow to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient task completion
- Train new hires on organizational policies and standard procedures
- Manage and correct performance concerns among team members
- Partner with management to design employee development plans and meaningful assignments
- Escalate client or team-related issues to management for timely resolution
- Comply with all organizational and client-site policies and procedures
- Operate equipment and manage supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Perform additional duties as required
