Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs for all office services tasks.
- Verify job tickets are completed correctly prior to starting work.
- Carry out office services duties with a focus on reprographics, mail processing, and intake functions according to set guidelines.
- Follow established procedures to process jobs in the correct sequence.
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding job status or deadline concerns.
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines for receiving, finishing, and distributing work.
- Diagnose and resolve basic equipment issues.
- Organize and manage workflow priorities effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on personal work and that of colleagues.
- Load paper, toner, and supplies into equipment as needed.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and initiate service requests when necessary.
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication.
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment and use supplies in a cost-effective manner.

- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed
- Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically
- Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
