Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs for all office services tasks
- Verify job tickets are complete prior to starting assignments
- Carry out office services duties with a focus on reprographics, mail processing, and intake operations following defined protocols
- Adhere to workflow procedures to process jobs in correct sequence
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding job status or time-sensitive matters
- Deliver all assignments on time in accordance with contractual requirements
- Resolve common equipment issues independently
- Manage and organize workflow based on priority levels
- Conduct quality checks on personal work and review output from others
- Prepare equipment by loading paper, toner, and necessary supplies
- Engage with clients through in-person, phone, or digital communication
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and procedures
Other
- Shift hours will range from 7:30AM-7:00PM
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner
