Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs for all office services activities.
- Verify job tickets are fully completed prior to starting assignments.
- Carry out reprographics, mail processing, and intake duties following defined protocols.
- Execute jobs in the correct sequence as outlined by procedures.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors or clients regarding job status or timeline concerns.
- Meet all agreed-upon deadlines for receiving, finishing, and distributing work.
- Identify and resolve basic equipment malfunctions.
- Manage workflow priorities to maintain productivity.
- Conduct quality checks on personal work and that of colleagues.
- Supply machines with required paper, toner, and other materials.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Regularly lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and coordinate service requests as needed.
- Engage with clients face-to-face, by phone, or through digital channels.
- Comply with company and client-specific policies and guidelines.
- Operate equipment and use supplies in a cost-effective manner.
