Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual outpatient occupational therapy services
  • Assess patients and create or adjust personalized treatment plans
  • Design and apply custom-made splints when necessary
  • Record patient evaluations and ongoing treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record system
  • Work closely with a diverse clinical team across disciplines
