Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate medical support on location according to nursing standards and established procedures.
- Act quickly to address employee health concerns and incidents in the workplace.
- Conduct required health evaluations including drug and alcohol testing, lung function assessments, and hearing tests.
- Keep detailed and compliant medical records to meet OSHA and state regulatory requirements.
- Uphold strict confidentiality for all employee health information.
- Collaborate on safety programs and ergonomic improvements to reduce workplace strain.
- Support employee wellness efforts through education and health promotion activities.
- Assist in tracking and documenting workers’ compensation claims and related processes.
- Take on other duties as assigned to support the health, safety, and compliance team.

Compensation
$53,000+ base annual salary
Work Arrangement
On-site — production floor
Schedule
Monday through Thursday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts. Each shift lasts 10 hours.
Background Checks
All new hires must pass drug, alcohol, and criminal background screenings after offer acceptance and before employment begins.
Employment Eligibility
New employees must provide and complete documentation verifying work authorization by the end of their third day of employment.
Base Salary
Annual base pay of $53,000 or higher, depending on experience and qualifications.
