Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate medical care according to established nursing guidelines and protocols.
- Respond quickly to employee health concerns and workplace medical incidents.
- Conduct required health evaluations including drug and alcohol testing, lung function assessments, and hearing tests.
- Keep precise health documentation to meet OSHA and state regulatory standards.
- Uphold strict confidentiality for all employee health information.
- Collaborate on safety programs and ergonomic improvements in the workplace.
- Support employee wellness initiatives and deliver health education resources.
- Assist in tracking and recording workers’ compensation claims and related documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the health and safety team’s objectives.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted state-issued license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
- Valid certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED from an approved provider.

- Minimum of one year of nursing experience; clinical training hours may substitute for graduate nurses.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturday shifts; each shift is 8 hours long.
