Responsibilities
- Design and lead virtual and in-person training sessions on nutrition and skincare to assist Brand Partners in customer engagement and product promotion.
- Produce informative and compelling materials that teach customers about wellness, nutrition, personal care, and product advantages.
- Develop social media content such as posts and brief videos for platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
- Carry out local market assessments and competitor evaluations to guide product positioning strategies.
- Build training modules and sales resources for Brand Partners to use in their events and lead generation efforts.
- Lead recurring training workshops for internal staff to strengthen knowledge of nutrition and skincare.
- Assist Marketing, Market Development, and Customer Service teams in responding to inquiries about nutrition and skincare.
- Respond to technical questions or concerns about products from Brand Partners, consumers, and employees, including assessing individual needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Partner with Product Marketing and regulatory teams on product registrations and label reviews to support timely product launches and imports in Thailand.
- Stay informed on permitted product claims and evaluate sales materials for regulatory accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify communication goals relevant to the Thailand market.
- Ensure clear, respectful, and consistent communication with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
- Complete additional tasks or special projects as required.
