Netpoleon is hiring a [NSID] Post-Sales Engineer (Software/Identity Security)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and upkeep of Windows or Linux server environments.
  • Handle Active Directory components such as user management, group policies, and domain operations.
  • Ensure reliability of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, DNS, firewall systems, and SSL certificate management.
  • Execute fundamental SQL queries and maintain efficient database connections and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using logical and methodical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Record system setups, technical workflows, and recommended practices accurately.
  • Work with diverse teams to implement and support web-based and authentication solutions.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies, software tools, and procedural updates.
