NVIDIA is seeking an NPN Program Operations Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll build dashboards and data visualizations for communications, improve key business processes for the NVIDIA Partner Network, collaborate on high-complexity strategic issues, and drive insights through data analysis.
What You'll Do
- Update and build charts, graphs, and dashboards for communications materials and presentations to aid in data storytelling for internal and external audiences.
- Identify, improve, and build key business processes for the NVIDIA Partner Network Program to enable internal and external processes.
- Work closely and collaborate with the NPN Program and Operations team on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value.
- Drive and gather insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.
- Participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing and deployment using company approved tools.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, implementation, system support, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Strong familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Lead Data, Python and Tableau.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience in handling large, demanding sales channel operations functions and partners.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
