Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Norwegian through various communication platforms, including telephone, electronic mail, and instant messaging. - Efficiently address and resolve customer concerns to guarantee a positive interaction. - Document and maintain precise records of customer communications and transactions within our customer relationship management system. - Collect and evaluate customer insights to enhance service quality and streamline operational processes. - Engage cooperatively with team colleagues to optimize customer experiences and exchange valuable performance strategies. - Remain current with organizational offerings, service portfolios, and industry developments to provide precise customer information.
