About the Role
Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients while working remotely from Greece. Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and deliver timely solutions to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian and English
- Assist users with technical and account-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve service problems efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Follow company procedures for support workflows
- Ensure timely responses within service level agreements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Monitor ongoing support tickets to resolution
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues
- Stay updated on product and service changes
- Use support tools and CRM systems effectively
- Maintain a high standard of customer care
