Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Nordic Speaking Customer Support specialist to deliver outstanding service for a leading online music and podcast platform. You will be the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking users, helping them get the most out of the service and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking users concerning online music and podcast services.
- Assist customers with account management, technical troubleshooting, and content inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the relevant systems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive updated and accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide insightful support.
- Engage with the community to foster a love for music and podcasts among our users.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within entertainment, music, or digital content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment.
- A passion for music and podcasts, and a genuine desire to assist customers in finding the content they love.
