Drive Channel Growth Across Southeast Asia

As the Channel Account Manager for Southeast Asia, you'll be responsible for building and managing a high-performing network of channel partners including distributors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers. Based in Singapore, you will shape regional strategy and lead execution across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
  • Develop and implement a regional channel strategy aligned with broader business goals
  • Design and run scalable sales initiatives in collaboration with sales and leadership teams
  • Present the value of the partner program and product capabilities to key stakeholders
  • Create and manage forecasts and business plans for your territory
  • Work with distributors to accelerate partner recruitment, training, and pipeline development
  • Leverage distributor resources in sales, pre-sales, marketing, and enablement to amplify reach
  • Support company growth by contributing beyond core duties when needed

What You Bring

  • Minimum of five years in channel partner management, preferably with VARs, MSPs, or distributors
  • Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian technology partner landscape, with established contacts
  • Proven success in scaling partner ecosystems in fast-growing markets
  • Ability to operate independently with strong business judgment and negotiation skills
  • Experience developing territory strategies, KPIs, and joint business plans
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level partners

Preferred Background

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, Thai, or Tagalog is a plus
  • Familiarity with AWS or alliance partner programs is advantageous
