Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of driver operations, including safety protocols, compliance standards, vacation scheduling, employee relations, customer claim resolution, and incident response.
- Coordinate closely with load planners and customer service staff to maintain accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and verify completion of preventive servicing and truck repairs.
- Support human resources initiatives such as payroll documentation, disciplinary processes, and management-driver communication.
- Prepare and deliver routine operational reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on evolving business requirements.
Compensation
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s quarterly bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program

Extended Coverage 6 pm - 6 am
Schedule
2-2-3 work schedule (work two days on, two days off, and then three days on)
Hours
36 hours one week alternating with 48 hours the next week
Days Off
Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday off
