Project Blackbook was looking for a NHS Programme Manager - HR/Workforce Transition - Contract Role

Project Blackbook is hiring two NHS Programme Managers for a fixed-term contract role focused on HR/Workforce Transition. In this role, you will manage critical programmes within the National Health Service in a global work context.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage technical programmes specific to HR and workforce transition within the NHS.
  • Develop and implement programme plans, ensuring objectives are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the NHS to facilitate workforce change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, risks, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically within or for the NHS.
  • Deep understanding of NHS HR processes, workforce structures, and transition challenges.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, technical programmes with multiple dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a large organisational context.
