We’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide ServiceNow platforms. In this role, you’ll take ownership of architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Your expertise will drive successful deployments across ITSM, IT Financial Management (ITFN), and IT Operations Management (ITON) modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow architectures tailored to complex organizational needs
- Lead platform upgrades, customizations, and integration initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to implementation teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability
- Support presales activities, including solution scoping and client consultations
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role
- Deep experience with ITSM, ITFN, and ITON configurations and workflows
- Proven ability to design and govern large-scale ServiceNow environments
- Solid understanding of integrations, data flow, and automation logic
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Background
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or Architect-level
- Experience in presales, solution design, or client-facing delivery
- Track record of managing stakeholder relationships and leading technical discussions
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with primary remote work and periodic visits to the Bangalore office as needed. You should be comfortable traveling when required. The position offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative, technology-driven environment focused on innovation and delivery excellence.
Compensation
The annual salary is up to 45 LPA. No equity or additional compensation components are included.
